Accel Direct LLC is not a home care registry or home care agency. PA CareRate is a marketing and lead-intake service. Licensed home care agency partners, not Accel Direct LLC, make all employment, onboarding, scheduling, and compensation decisions.
Submitting information through this funnel does not guarantee employment, outreach, approval, or any specific pay rate. Any hourly rate shown through the funnel is an informational output based on the data provided and may be subject to partner-agency review.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using this funnel. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the rate shown, the follow-up process, or whether a licensed home care agency partner considers your inquiry.
If you provide contact information, you understand that PA CareRate / Accel Direct LLC and/or a licensed home care agency partner may contact you regarding your inquiry, subject to your submitted information and consent preferences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accel Direct LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this funnel. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
PA CareRate and Accel Direct LLC, along with any mobile carriers or SMS service providers involved in delivering messages, are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
